By accessing and using PDFOutfit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our service.

PDFOutfit is a free, browser-based PDF toolkit that offers:

No Accounts Required

PDFOutfit does not require account creation. You can use all tools without signing up, providing personal information, or creating login credentials.

Free to Use

PDFOutfit is currently offered as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but existing free tools will remain accessible.

Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to documents you process through PDFOutfit. We do not claim any rights to your content.

Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for your documents and their content

• PDFOutfit is not responsible for document accuracy or integrity

No Server Storage

Because PDFOutfit processes files client-side, we never store your documents on our servers. Files are processed in your browser's memory and cleared when you navigate away.

Changes to Service

• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes
• Browser-based tools depend on browser compatibility and capabilities

Technical Requirements

PDFOutfit requires:

• JavaScript enabled
• Sufficient device memory for processing files
• An internet connection to load the application

PDFOutfit is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including:

• No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• No guarantee of error-free or uninterrupted operation
• No warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of results
• No guarantee that files will be processed without corruption

You use PDFOutfit at your own risk. Always maintain backups of important documents.

What We're Not Responsible For

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFOutfit and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, files, or documents
• Inaccurate or corrupted output from tools
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, revenue, or opportunities
• Damages from browser or device issues
• Security breaches affecting your device or network

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PDFOutfit harmless from any claims arising from:

No Refunds

As PDFOutfit is currently a free service, no refunds are applicable. If we introduce paid features, separate refund terms will apply.

Continued use of PDFOutfit after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support@pdfoutfit.com. We'll work in good faith to resolve issues informally.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PDFOutfit operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled through binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions).

Exception: Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the dispute qualifies.
