How do I upgrade to Pro?
Click the "Get Pro" button in the header, select the Pro plan on the pricing page, and follow the checkout process. You'll get instant access to unlimited Tool Uses and all premium features.
Is my data secure?
Yes! All PDF processing happens in your browser. Your files never leave your device and are not uploaded to our servers. We take your privacy seriously.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free accounts get 5 Tool Uses per day with 50MB file size limit. Pro accounts get unlimited Tool Uses, 500MB file size limit, batch processing, AI features, and priority support.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period, then your account will revert to the Free tier.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with PDFOutfit Pro, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and various local payment methods through our secure payment processor Stripe.
